RTC licensing is based on county population, as listed on the U.S. Census Bureau's website at

using the latest estimates available. RTC may be shared with any municipal law enforcement agencies whithin your county
(that's the whole point).

One license is required for every 120,000 in county population. Here's the formula:

For counties between 40,000 and 60,000 in population, we only charge half price for the Base Rate, plus the the full annual license. ($1,773 total)
For counties under 40,000 in population, we waive the Base Rate, and only ask for the full annual license. ($788 total)
